MUCK's AGM!

Congradulations to our new committee for the 2017/2018 academic year, who got voted in at our recent AGM. We have every belief in you guys to continue to make MUCK great!

MUCK's getting more skillful!

Congradulation to all of our Paddlers who took part in and passed their Level 2 Kayaking Skills Assessment the past weekend. This is a massive achievement, as our paddlers continue to develop their skills.

Bake Sale to raise money for Pie

Many thanks to all who contributed both money and delicious baked treats for our Bake Sale on campus. All monies raised will go to Pieta House, an excellent cause. 

Successful Take Me Out Event

We recently had one of our most successful events to date on campus. Take Me Out proved to be lots of fun if the photos are anything to go by! 

Relay for Life

Well done to all members of the archery club who took part in the Relay for Life, in aid of cancer research. Particularly worthy of mention are Adam West and Ursula Carley, who were dedicated enough to keep walking all through the night to raise money to fight cancer!

Esperanto Evening

At our next Languages Zone, we will dedicate the night to learning Esperanto! Esperanto is a constructed language created by a Polish man in the late 19th Century. It is a very easy language to learn, and you will have no problems picking it up next Thursday, 30th March! Don't forget the tea and biscuits. See you then.&n

MU ISOC invite you to our Annual General Meeting where we will be electing a new committee for academic year 2017-2018. Make sure to cast your vote and to do so bring your student ID! (Members and non-members can vote)

The Galway Cycle do the Parade!

Galway Cycle members turned out today to celebrate St Patricks Day by featuring in the Maynooth Parade - Spirits were high even with the chill and drizzle...... it has been over 25 years since the Galway Cycle Society participated in the Parade - We distributed over 500  balloons ........ 

MU Archers in Irish Indoor Natio

Congratulations to our MU archers, Diego Coyle Diez, Connor Newman and Hugh Farrell who competed in the Irish Indoor Nationals. Unfortunately they were beaten by the narrowest of margins in a shoot off against Dolmen Archers

Movie Night!

The BLW Campus ministry Society is having a movie night on Thursday 10th March. Everyone is welcome to join us. It will be held in room CB4 in the Callan Building at 6pm. Refreshments will be provided. Hope to see you all there!
